**Can my ID documents be expired?**
Yes, documents that expired within the past 5 years may still be accepted.

**My ID document is in a different name (e.g. after marriage) — what should I do?**
Upload a supporting linkage document, such as a marriage certificate or legal name change certificate, alongside your ID.

**My documents aren't in English — is that okay?**
Yes, but they need to be accompanied by a certified translation.
